On production : version, Usage (Party)

REL3039R gives substitution variable 111,112 and/or 113 the value of the relation address instead of value for the addressee

REL3039R should use the value of the addressee for substitution variable 111,112 and 113

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. create a correspondence item that uses substitution variable 111, 112 or 113 and uses REL3039R
2. have 2 relations (a and b) with different adresses
3. create a correspondence item (1) for relation A that uses addressee B
4. the output of REL3039R will contain the adress values for relation A instead of relation B

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot redirect the output of REL3039R directly to the printer without manual check
