Issue :

Unable to extract the customer from BRM using ODI (Oracle Data Integrator) for loading into ECE cache.

Some concerns to be addressed in this context are as below ;

1) How to solve “java.sql.SQLException: statement is not in batch mode” when extracting the customer?

Command used : -extraction_type=customer -customer_type=ALL -extraction_dir=/Exports/15122015

The console log shows:

2) What is the criteria for this extraction.

It looks like the extracted xml is having only 10848 customer. ( grep '' *.xml | wc -l) whereas the PIN Schema is having 20089 in ACCOUNT_T table (where status=10100).
User used the following options while extracting, for both options the count is 10848:

            -extraction_type=customer -customer_type=non-shared
            -customer_type=ALL. For both options getting only the count 10848.

3) How to remove the unwanted conditions from the stored-procedure generation code in ODI?
