ISSUE CLARIFICATION
===================
On Oracle Health Sciences Cohort Explorer (TRC) 3.0.2 version,

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------------
The content of columns "Reference Allele" and "Alternate Allele" are switched, i.e. for a Variant Type deletion, the "Reference Allele" column is empty (dash) instead of the "Alternative Allele".
The data in W_EHA_VARIANT.replace_tag is correct (order is confirmed to be ref/alt).

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
It would be expected that the columns "Reference Allele" and "Alternate Allele" to be listed in correct order.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Under Health Sciences Cohort Explorer, go to "Single Patient Viewer" tab;
2. Select "Genomic Data" -> "Variants Found" for a patient, then click "Submit";
3. In the Variants Found section, expand any of the graph items to view a list of variants.
    The content of columns "Reference Allele" and "Alternate Allele" are switched.
