Required Field Becomes Disabled on "Quick Item Entry" [itemadd] Form (Doc ID 2098180.1)

The "Country" field becomes disabled on the "quick item entry" [itemadd] form, and the following error is shown:

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. On “quick item entry" [itemadd] screen, add the needed information and do not input any unit cost.
  2. On the supplier screen, add one supplier and do not complete the item/supp/country information.
  3. The user will be stuck on the itemadd form, because the country field will be null and blocked.
