BYE Without User In R-URI (Doc ID 2098370.1)

Symptoms

When a web user want to hang up, the BYE sent by the SE doesn't contain any user in the R-URI(there is only IP address).
The SE should send a R-URI for the BYE with the following format:
sip:<user>@<hostname or IP address>
