Payment Line Items Are Not Updated In Siebel After External Order Payments (Doc ID 2098546.1)

After completing payment of an External Order in ORPOS, payment line items are not sent to Siebel and are kept in UpdateSiebelOrderPaymentQueue or FundSiebelOrderQueue folders, the server log throws one of these two errors:
