Group Names Are Not Listed In User Properties Under Group Tab and/or When Adding Assignee to Workflow Setup Schema After Migration (Doc ID 2098565.1)

Symptoms

On : Unifier 10.0 version and Higher, Unifier Admin Mode

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Customer is trying to add groups to user property, and/or Assignee in Workflow Setup Schema, but found there is only one, or no, group(s) displayed.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
All the groups within the workspace should be made available to be picked from.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

A1. in Admin mode
A2. Expand node - User Administration
A3. Verify there are multiple Groups in the workspace to pick from by selecting the Groups sub node.
A4. Go to sub node - Users
A5. Open a User, click on the Groups tab, and try to add new group
A6. In the group selection page, only one, or no (0), group is made available for selection

B1. in Admin mode
B2. Expand node - Setup > Business Processes > BusinessProcessName
 i. For Non-Workflow type BP open the Setup Name, click on Settings tab and try to add Group(s) as Creator(s) and/or Editor(s).
 ii. For Workflow type BP select Workflow Setup sub node, Open Workflow Schema, click on Settings tab and try to add Group(s) to Assignee.
B3. In the group selection page, only one, or no (0), group is made available for selection
