Action Via Email, or Response by Email, Not Working As Expected (Doc ID 2098572.1)

Symptoms

Single tenant Unifier production and/or uStage environment, User Mode, Any Version

Expected Result: Response by Email should be picked up and processed by Unifier so that records get sent along to the next step in the workflow.

Actual Result: Response by Email is not processing. The user sends the email back to Unifier, but the job doesn't seem to be picked up and processed so as to move the record along in the workflow, and no error/failure messages are being generated.
