Goal

What is the purpose of the OPA_ACCESS role in Oracle Clinical/RDC/TMS?
Customer can find what OCL_ACCESS, RDC_ACCESS, and TMS_ACCESS are for, but there is no mention of OPA_ACCESS in any installation or admin guide nor in MOS.
