In the package RPM_NO_RIB_PRICE_PUBLISH_SQL, the cursor C_ITEM_LOC_SR has the following statement in the where clause:
The " >= " is the problematic part.
When a new item/location is ranged it only creates the entries necessary for the item/locations ranged, but because of the greater than equal sign instead of just equal, it's pulling data for item/locations AFTER the range transaction and not just for the specific payload transaction.
Is this logic working as designed?
