User is Unable to Apply Default Value on Department After Adding a Department Number on UDA Form (Doc ID 2098724.1)

In Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS) 14.0.x, users are unable to apply a default value on department after adding a department number on the User Defined Attribute (UDA) form.

Steps to Reproduce:


  1. Go to Item --> User Defined Attributes --> Edit.
  2. Assign a department on the UDA window.
  3. Go to Options.
  4. Click on Departments.
  5. Click on list of values in department.
  6. The list of values is empty.
