After reaching 100 attempt counts, hospital message gets an exception and goes like Poison message, when retried.
i.e A failure message retried from Retail integration Bus (RIB) Error Hospital for 101st time, gets below error and goes into POISON message scenario.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Choose a message from RIB Error Hospital, where ATTEMPT_COUNT = 100. Note that there will be 100 rows in RIB_MESSAGE_FAILURE table for the chosen message.
2. From RIHA retry this massage for 101st time. Note the above errors in adapter log files:
3. Message still have business exception, but RIB is not able to create a new row (101st) in RIB_MESSAGE_FAILURE for this message.
4. Further message stays on JMS Topic with RIB_MESSAGE.IN_QUEUE=1 and fails as POISON resulting to shutting down of the adapter with above error.
