A Problem With The Export to Excel Process is Encountered When Downloading an Excel File (Doc ID 2098840.1)

Symptoms

On : 4.2.0.3.0 version, System Wide

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Only the displayed rows are being exporting when downloading records to an excel file.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Pagination should work properly. When NEXT or PREVIOUS button is clicked, NEXT or PREVIOUS set of records should be displayed, respectively. When downloading the excel file, it should download all results based on the EXCEL ROWS definition.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set zone’s rows to 5 (since the number of available data is limited)
2. Download to excel



BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
The System Integration testing phase is currently in session and verification is needed to make sure that this functionality is working. Three new custom search zones were created. These zones had the the Export to Excel functionality turned on. It is understood that the display has limits; however, to be able to download all the results into an excel spreadsheet is necessary.
