Getting ORA Errors in General Ledger (GL) Cross Reference Screen While Validating GL Accounts

In Retail Merchandising System (RMS) which is integrated with Retail Financial Integration (RFI), the below errors are encountered in General Ledger Cross Reference form (glcrossr):
Steps for the navigation:
1. Log in to RMS and choose Finance > GL Cross Reference option.
2. In the General Ledger Cross Reference form (glcrossr), enter the GL Cross Reference data.
3. Click on "Find Account" button. The above errors are thrown.
