Symptoms

On : 10.0.1.10 version, in client Production Environment

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Calendar date changes (working vs non-working days), do not had an audit trail of the users who make those changes in the Rules Palette.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
There should be an audit trail for Calendar date changes.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to local Support.
2. Change a calendar day through rules palette.
3. There is no audit trail seen.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Material changes can be made in a production environment, with severe consequences/ impacts on business, without record of when, what, who.
