Symptoms

Problem Summary

Min Quantity Limits are not adjusting gross need correctly with inner and case values > 1.  Min and Max Quantity Limits are supposed to get multiplied by Store Order Multiple (SOM) value when getting applied.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Create new Allocation or what-if allocation for an item where the inner and case pack values are greater than 1.
2. Make sure the store calculation multiple is set to Inner or Case.
3. Apply a minimum quantity limit value.
4. Notice the min quantity limit is not multiplied by the store calculation multiple during the calculation.
