In Advanced Planning Command Center on a 12.1.3 Instance

Unable to Login into OBIEE directly using Supply Chain Analyst Dashboard link after logging in to VCP.  We receive an error.

We have already logged into our VCP application and it is SSO enabled. This is the APCC Environment (Oracle Advance Planning Command Center)
When trying to connect to the OBIEE application directly using the Supply Chain Analyst Dashboard link, the OBIEE login page appears, even after we have
already logged with SSO credentials.

You are not currently signed in to the Oracle BI Server
If you have already signed in, your connection might have timed out, or a communications or server error may have occurred
To sign in again, click here. If the problem persists, please contact the site's administrator.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
(1) SSO Log-in
(2) This take you to the main VCP page
(3) Click on "Supply Chain Analyst" Dashboard
(4) It takes you to a Oracle Business Intelligence page with the error message above
