Allocation Does Not Login Correctly From OAM Using Single Sign On Environment

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When updating to either Allocation 13.3.1 or Allocation 14.0.3, the Single Sign On (SSO) login does not work.
1. Update to the new patch release as indicated in the Allocation Install Guide.
2. Try to connect to Allocation using the SSO on the Oracle Access Management (OAM) page.
3. Now the user is faced with the Allocation login page.
4. User can proceed by entering Allocation login.
