Why Does the PQM Audit Search Page Not Work Properly? (Doc ID 2099680.1)

What could be the reason that the PQM Audit Search page displays all created audits but none of them can be opened? Clicking on them just does not show any reaction of the application.
The current user is the owner of all of the Audits.
When the user clicks Ctrl + F5 to refresh the page and its .js and .css files, the issue still persists.

However, when he clicks on F12 (to see the source of the page) and opens the Console tab, following errors are displayed:
Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected token ,                                                             PQM.aspx:1952
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)           http://<server name>/favicon.ico
Uncaught ReferenceError: EQTSelect is not defined                                                  PQM.aspx?ContentKey=7004Search:1
