Symptoms

In uDesigner, within the Business Process's Properties > Statuses tab: When adding a new Record Statuses row, and attempting to mark it as 'Terminal' the following Alert is thrown: You cannot change the terminal state of a Published status

However, the new row was just added and the Status itself has never been Published.
