AutoVue Kerberos and Port Error (Doc ID 2099972.1)

Symptoms


When attempting to launch AutoVue from Unifier, the following error occurs:

AutoVue Authentication Error
------------------------------------------
Failed to connect as an unauthenticated user. Users should connect to an integration or use an authentication method such as Kerberos. Please refer to the Troubleshooting section of the AutoVue Installation and Configuration for more information. An error occurred while connecting to the server. Restart the applet.

com.cimmetry.core.VueRemoteException: Unable to open connection
 nested exception is:
