CSV Import Does Not Apply Data Picker Filters (Doc ID 2100168.1)

When importing a .CSV file to create detail Line Item data in a Business Process that has a data picker filter, the .CSV import ignores the filter and throws error related to the filter condition.
The same action works fine done manually since the filter condition is read accordingly.
