Symptoms

Cannot view Schedule Check Report.

Cannot view Summary Risk Report.

Error: "There was a problem with XML transformation.." when attempting to view a report in a plan.

Error: "Report viewer is unable to open file." when attempting to view the Summary Risk Report.

Internet Explorer error: Content from the website listed below is being blocked by the Internet Explorer Enhanced Security Configuration.
