FW V4.3.0.1.0 ouafDatabasePatch Error ORA-12505 When Database Listener is Configured for Service Name.

Symptoms
While performing Upgrade of CC&B from Version 2.5.0 to 2.5.0.1 as described in CCB_DBA_Guide_v2_5_0_1.pdf, step 3 of page 2-10; the ouafDatabasePatch.cmd utility fails with the following:
E:\OracleUtilities\CCB_V2.5.0.1.0\CCB-V2.5.0.1.0-Oracle-Database\FW\FW43010\FW43010-HFix>
SET TOOLSBIN=E:\dbpatch_tools\bin
SET JAVA_HOME=E:\Oracle\jdk1.7.0_25
E:\OracleUtilities\CCB_V2.5.0.1.0\CCB-V2.5.0.1.0-Oracle-Database\FW\FW43010\FW43010-HFix>ouafDatabasePatch.cmd
"CMDLINE::: E:\Oracle\jdk1.7.0_25\bin\java.exe -cp E:\dbpatch_tools\lib\*;E:\dbpatch_tools\config com.oracle.ouaf.database.patch.OUAFPatch "
Note that the database listener is configured for Service Name instead of SID. This is an enterprise-wide directive for all Oracle databases locally.
Please indicate how to apply FW43010-HFix when database listener is configured for Service Name NOT SID.
