Goal

Can we create multiple ETL Definitions with same name across INFODOMS/Sources?
Below is the use case we are looking for

OFSAA is a shared environment and used by multiple different teams. We can't block development team to use same mapping name for their INFODOM.

Say User - A has access to INFODOM-1, INFODOM-2. Creates a Mapping-X and Mapping -Y.
User-B has access to INFODOM-10 , INFODOM-11, INFODOM-12. Creates Mapping-X and Mapping-Y. >> This shouldn't be blocked. As these are all together different INFODOMS and different projects. In shared environment like these, they shouldn't be blocked.
