Unable to Open the Object When URL Copied From Copy URL to Clipboard Is Pasted to MultiText Field of Agile Object (Doc ID 2100509.1)

Goal

The object cannot be opened when clicking on the URL pasted to the MultiText field of Agile object by using "Copy URL to Clipboard" functionality.

Steps:
1. Log into Web Client, and open File Folder FOLDER001, goto Action > Copy URL to Clipboard
2. Open Project PJ001. Edit, and paste the URL to Description field, and Save
3. Click on the URL of Description field
4. Browser window opens, but it does not open the object that should be linked from the URL

When the URL is copied to the address bar of the browser, the object opens appropriately.

Is there any way to add Agile object hyperlink from another Agile object?
