Error: "Invalid Username or Password. Please Try Again" When Logging Into Visualizer When P6 Professional Login Does Not Fail

Users are unable to login to Visualizer with LDAP credentials that work for P6 Professional.  The following message is displayed:

Invalid username or password. Please try again.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Attempt to launch and log into Visualizer using a login that works for P6 Professional Client.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use visualizer with LDAP authentication.
