You have seen the following error in some of the environments when starting the managed server. What causes it and how to address it?
Weblogic version: WebLogic Server 10.3.6.0 Tue Nov 15 08:52:36 PST 20111441050
Testing the following initial reference
Testing corba name service port
Testing port NamingService
Resolving host: appserv.cust.com
Resolved to appserv.cust.com/192.168.0.1
Testing socket on port 17821 successful.

Attempting to resolve InterSys_nmsadmin successful.
Testing port InterSys_nmsadmin
Resolving host: appserv-hb.cust.com

com.splwg.oms.ejb.ConfigException: Could not resolve InterSys_nmsadmin DNS
hostname: appserv-hb.cust.com. Verify that the name is correct
