Purpose

This troubleshooting document lists steps you can take to determine why you get the following error when trying to open screens for Profitability Management (PFT), Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) or Asset Liability Management:

Ext Call to get records per page to display for User Id: <User>: infodom: <infodom> is failing.

These steps include:

1. Checking the Tomcat/Weblogic/Websphere JDBC Data Source
2. Checking the CONFIGURATION table
3. Checking the setup of the Information Domain
