Symptoms

On : Primavera Contract Management 14.2

When attempting to access any document within Primavera Contract Management, any of the following errors may occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
You do not have access right to perform this operation
This document no longer exists
INTERNAL SERVER ERROR


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into PCM
2. Expand any project and then module
3. Click on the document to receive error "This document no longer exists"
4. Click on the link "Return to Log" and receive the error "INTERNAL SERVER ERROR"

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot work within Primavera Contract Management.

Upon review of the log files, the following errors can be seen:
