Functions That Return Decimals Are Failing after Upgrading to version 10.2.0.0

On : OIPA 10.2.0.0 version
Testing configuration as part of an upgrade process, functions that return decimals are failing in version 10.2.
Taking the configuration out of the function and plugging it directly into the activity solves the problem,
but that is not an acceptable solution from a Configuration or performance perspective.
com.adminserver.utl.exception.AsExceptionUtl: java.lang.RuntimeException: com.adminserver.utl.exception.AsExceptionUtl: com.adminserver.utl.exception.AsExceptionUtl: An error occurred while processing business rule: DoSegmentRecalculations.
Caused by: Compilation error occurred in file SegmentCalculatorBll__GUIDremoved_Debug at line 31,896: Assignment conversion not possible from type "double" to type "double"
Steps to Reproduce
1) Using client provided configuration: Process Activity CalculateSegments.
2) Include the following Function configuration:
Conversion project from OIPA V8 to V10.2
