ProcessAll at the GroupCustomer level kicks in when processing an activity at the client level.

When processing an activity at the client level that uses the MaintainRelationship rule to assign a relationship between a Client and a group customer, it automatically processes all activities at the GroupCustomer level up until the System date.

Note, this only occurs in version

ProcessAll should kick in when using specific business rules.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Restore the backup provided in this SR.
2. Use OIPA version
3. Go to GroupCustomer (Account).
4. Go to the activity screen notice the activities that are present. (see Screenshot_1)
5. Go to client.
6. Go to this client's activity screen
7. process relevant activity
8. Once it's processed go to GroupCustomer.
9. Notice that all activities have been processed up until the system date.

The issue has the following business impact: version unusable since it corrupts data when using some needed functionality.
