ZRG4031S: No Premium Recalculation After Reopening a Closed Policy (Doc ID 2100983.1)

On : version, Usage (Policy)

A policy is cancelled and the financial transactions for the premium are correctly balanced with negative values.
When the cancellation is then reversed, only premium for the first month is calculated while the original premium was calculated for a much longer period.

The initial premium is expected to be back again with the same values again positive.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a policy
2. Calculate premium for a longer period
3. End the policy using end date = start date
4. Add a clause with zero premium
5. Reverse the mutations: remove end date and clause
5. Calculate premium

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, the admin process of these policies is blocked.
