Symptoms

On BSP 8.0.1, when running the BSP_COA_Export_Seq to export the Chart of Account characteristics into the FSI_M_PROD_CHARACTERISTICS table, the export appears to be reset to incorrect values.

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
After extracting the chart of account characteristics some of the values are reset to incorrect values. Particularly the ADJ_TYPE column and a few of the multiplier columns. Also, it takes an extremely long time for it to complete. It does complete successfully, however, in our case it takes over 30 minutes.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect the values are not reset to default values.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run the extract process
==> BSP_COA_Export_Seq in Progress...
