Location Move is Stuck in 'Pending Error Check' Status

After creating a location move, the location move gets stuck in 'Pending Error Check' status.
Steps To Recreate:
1. Log in to the application.
2. Create a New Zone Group with 2 Zones.
3. Assign Stores for the Zones.
4. You get the message of Location add Request.
5. Press Yes on the message.
6. Go to Maintain Location Move
7. The status of the location move is "Pending Error Check" Status.
