GRC Control Analysis Job Failing Or Stuck (Doc ID 2101398.1)

On : In Application Access Controls Governor (AACG)

AACG is used to report segregation of duties(SOD) in the business applications. Control Analysis is failing for all controls with the following error in the grc.log file.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to GRC
2. CCM > manage Controls
3. Select a control
4. Run
5. The control analysis job fails and the error reported above is seen in the log

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot run synchronization or control analysis job
