Symptoms
Performance problem for (Out of Study) Batch Data Load observed after upgrade from 4.6.x to 4.6.6.9 v2 , where this runs 4-5 slower than before v2 patch was applied.
Example:
Customer got 100MB test data file, that normally loads in 7-8min.
Now the time is 30-35min.
