Symptoms

Does  ECE Customer Updater Read Account History?

The general test scenario contain following steps:
a. Create account, create service and purchase a back dated product.
b. Change product status several times.
c. Restart ECE
d. Rate some usage in the ECE and compare rated events with product history.

Steps (environment time is set to 2015-08-24):
1 Create customer, backdated to 2015-07-01
2 Add service and purchase product, backdated to 2015-07-02
3 Set product status to inactive, backdated to 2015-07-07
4 Set product status to active, backdated to 2015-07-14
5 Set product status to inactive, backdated to 2015-07-21
6 Set product status to active, backdated to 2015-07-28
7 Set product status to inactive, backdated to 2015-08-04
8 Restart ECE
9 Reload PDC data (metadata, configuration, pricing)
10. Generate usage
10.1 Generate usage, with start time set to 2015-07-05 ERROR!
10.2 Generate usage, with start time set to 2015-07-10 ERROR!
9. Generate usage, with start time set to 2015-07-17 ERROR!
10. Generate usage, with start time set to 2015-07-25 ERROR!
11. Generate usage, with start time set to 2015-08-02
11. Generate usage, with start time set to 2015-08-07 RATED?

It looks like customerUpdater doesn't read account historical data. At the end (2015-08-07) product has been deactivated. ECE didn't reject usage after this date.
