How to Add a Confirmation Dialog to an Action

Goal
NMS operators often find that it is too easy for them to accidentally perform a potentially destructive action ( such as closing out of the application by pressing the X button ).
You can add a confirmation dialog that requires the user to verify that they intended to perform the action.
The following configuration examples both create dialogs. If they press "Yes" the system performs the action. If they press "No", then the system does nothing.
