Symptoms

The MetaSolv Solution client (tbs.exe) does not open on when accessed on a Windows Remote Desktop machine.  The tbs.exe process is listed on the Windows Task Manager Processes tab, but the logon screen never displays for the user to enter their User ID and Password information.
