Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When attempting to copy/paste a project to the same EPS node as the source project, the project ends up creating in an EPS node where the user has read-only project security privileges.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When copying and pasting a project, it should be pasted to the same EPS node.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to P6 Professional.

2. Copy a project.

3.  Paste in same place.

4.  Observe project is copied, but pasted to an EPS node where user has read-only privileges.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot access a project that is copied and pasted.
