Goal

This is for the DBA with low level tuning experience.  However we are not going to cover Jumbo Frames and Interconnect Hardware.  An Oracle RAC cluster requires a high-bandwidth solution with low latency.  This is true for non RAC installations as well, in their own way, however a RAC install requires a high-bandwidth solution and proper setup.  Care should be given to ensure proper setup.
