Unable to Upload/Download Attachment File Using Agile SDK Program After Applying File Manager Patch (Doc ID 2102445.1)

Information in this document applies to any platform.


After applying (9.3.3 HF30), unable to upload/download file using Agile SDK program.
Below error is generated in Agile File Manager:


Jan 28, 2016 11:46:31 AM org.apache.catalina.core.StandardWrapperValve invoke
SEVERE: Servlet.service() for servlet [CheckOutServlet] in context with path [/Filemgr] threw exception [Invalid Security Token] with root cause
javax.servlet.ServletException: Invalid Security Token


What is Working

Can upload/download attachment through Web Client


  1. Stop Agile Application Server and File Manager
  2. Apply below patches to Agile Application Server and File Manager
    <Patch:18334062>- FIX FOR BUG 18239239
    <Patch:18422108>- FIX FOR BUG 18123673
  3. Delete Agile Application Server cache folder
  4. Delete File Manager cache folder
  5. Restart Agile Application Server and File Manager
  6. Run Agile SDK program to upload/download attachment
