On : version, Conversion Manager

We will have new systems and old systems up and running for few months.
There will be cases were the parent account ( created in customer center) in new system and  will have accounts in old systems also.

We wanted to migrate the account in old systems with parent account as account created in customer center.
Can CMT be used to do the migration ?
