Content Recommendation is Created Multiple Times

A user can create a recommendation on an article or channel from InfoCenter. By clicking on recommendation, a feedback form appears with 2 buttons (Submit and Cancel). If a user presses Submit the recommendation is sent and the user has to wait until the next screen builds. However, if the user presses the Submit button again while they are waiting for the next screen or simply makes multiple clicks, the recommendation is sent again.
Once the "Send" button has been clicked it should not be possible for a user to submit the same recommendation again before the screen is refreshed.
The user is able to click the "Send" button multiple times for the same recommendation before the screen is refreshed from the original click.
