In Store Inventory Management (SIM) 14.0.x, users are unable to log in even when the username and password are correct. The below message appears:
Steps to Recreate:
- When users try to log in to the application with correct details for the first time, they see the messageL "Severe system error"
- If users launch the application again, after passing the same user details, they see the error: "User name and/or password is invalid".
- Click OK and log in again with same credentials -- this time the login works.
