Symptoms

Customer is rating an CDR. The account for the rating CDR has a discount configured based on the delayed event. Looks the CDR is errored out by the rating pipeline. When the pipeline is restarted, the rating of the same CDR goes fine.

Following is the observation:
There are currently 956 distinct values in IFW_DSCBALIMPACT.RESSOURCE_ID.
If we add the resources referenced through Bal(resource_id) in IFW_DSCBALIMPACT.BASE_EXPRESSION, IFW_DSCCONDITION.COND_EXPRESSION, IFW_DISCOUNTRULE.DRUM_EXPRESSION, IFW_DISCOUNTSTEP.THRESHOLD_TO, we get a total of 1005 distinct values. Those 1005 values are used in an” in “ clause by FCT_ApplyBalance and generate an database error ORA-01795.
