Demantra UOM Conversion Is Null For Items That Don't Have Specific Conversion Setup In EBS (Doc ID 2103012.1)

On : 12.2.4 version, DM-Gen

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

When ran the demantra collection program for one custom unit or measure UOM , request completed normal and updated t_ep_item table column 'EBSUOM100' with conversions for item that have specific conversion setup in Oracle Inventory.

But it null out the EBSUOM100 values for the items that don't have any conversion on Oracle Inventory.

For those items, when selecting the corresponding UOM, the following error occurs in demantra worksheets:

'Selected page item has no data'

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The system should update the UOM that have conversions and leave the default value of 1 for the item that don't have conversions.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Demand Management System Administrator responsibility.

2. Navigate to Collections > Oracle Systems.

3. Run the standard UOM Conversion request.

4. Check the data loaded into t_ep_item_table.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users are not able to use the UOM conversions. Data is not displayed in the worksheets for some of the items when choosing the corresponding UOM.
