There are several instances where Estimated Restoration Times (ERT) and Initial Restoration Times (ITR) are not appearing on outage events. The Trouble Codes for the outages include the OUT or PT Out clue, but no ITR is appearing in the work agenda or in the ERT_CHANGE_LOG when the event is created in Oracle Network Management System (NMS) and appears in the work agenda.
There were several new control zones added to the system.
