In Oracle Retail Store Inventory Management (SIM), the Item Request report is not converting the date from GMT to store date. For a store in the [GMT+3] timezone, the report shows the date as one day earlier than shown on the UI.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Log in to a store that has the store time zone as [GMT+3].
- Create an item request for a date.
- Check the database and note that the requested date is posted in GMT (one day earlier at hour 21:00:00).
- Print the report. The report shows the date as GMT, which should be converted to store time.
